Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a £25 fee.

If our team arrives but cannot access the property or agreed cleaning area, the full service charge may apply.

If unsafe weather prevents us from completing the work, we will reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
