By booking our window cleaning service, you acknowledge and accept the terms below. These ensure safe, high-quality work while protecting your property and our team.
- Access: Please ensure we have clear and safe access to all areas to be cleaned. If access is restricted or unsafe, we may be unable to complete the job and a call-out charge may apply.
- Water-Fed Pole System: Our pure water-fed pole system uses de-ionised water for a streak-free finish. Windows may take a few hours to dry completely. Occasionally, spotting may occur on first cleans due to residue loosening.
- Frames, Sills & Doors: All frames and sills are cleaned as part of the service unless stated otherwise. We are not responsible for flaking paint, loose putty, or damage caused by poor window condition or previous maintenance.
- Inside Cleans: When cleaning internal glass, we take great care but cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing marks, scratches, or damage. Please clear window sills and fragile items before our arrival.
- Weather Conditions: We operate in most weather conditions. Light rain does not affect the quality of the clean. We may postpone during heavy rain, high winds, frost, or unsafe access conditions.
- Property Damage: We are fully insured and take every precaution, but cannot be liable for damage caused by faulty fixtures, loose seals, brittle plastics, or defective window units.
- Water Usage: Customers agree to provide access to an external water supply if needed, unless otherwise arranged. Our system uses purified water that is environmentally safe.
- Safety: Please keep children, pets, and vehicles clear of the work area during cleaning to maintain safety and avoid splashing.
- Regular Cleans: For ongoing customers, we aim to maintain your chosen frequency. Missed visits due to access issues or cancellations within 24 hours may incur a call-out fee.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you notice any missed spots or streaks, please inform us within 24 hours of completion so we can return and rectify it promptly.

By booking our gutter cleaning service, you acknowledge and accept the terms below. These ensure the work is carried out safely, responsibly, and in line with best practices.
- Access: Please ensure we have safe and unobstructed access to all gutters. We may be unable to complete work where access is restricted by locked gates, extensions, conservatories, or overgrown vegetation.
- Condition of Gutters: We are not responsible for damage to gutters, downpipes, fascia boards, or brackets that are already loose, cracked, rusted, or poorly secured. We will inform you if we identify any such issues during cleaning.
- Water Testing: Where possible, gutters and downpipes are flushed with water to check for blockages. We cannot be held responsible for underground drainage issues or defects beyond visible downpipes.
- Debris Removal: All gutter debris is removed from site or disposed of in your green waste bin unless otherwise arranged. Minor debris may remain in hard-to-reach joints or behind mesh guards.
- Leaks & Joints: Our service focuses on clearing and washing gutters; we do not carry out repair work unless agreed separately. Leaks due to worn seals or misaligned joints are not covered by cleaning.
- Roof Run-off & Moss: Excess moss from roofs can quickly refill cleaned gutters. We recommend roof cleaning or moss removal for long-term prevention, available as an additional service.
- Weather Conditions: We may postpone or reschedule gutter cleaning in high winds, heavy rain, frost, or unsafe roof/access conditions.
- Safety: Please ensure that children, pets, and vehicles are kept clear of work areas during cleaning. Water and debris may fall while gutters are being cleared.
- Downpipe Testing: We use water or suction to check flow where practical. If blockages persist underground or behind walls, these may require specialist attention.
- Guarantees: Gutter cleaning removes blockages and debris present at the time of service. We cannot guarantee against future build-up caused by leaves, moss, or nesting activity.

By booking our roof cleaning service, you acknowledge and accept the terms below. These conditions are designed to ensure safe, effective, and responsible work is carried out on your property.
- Roof Condition: We cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing damage, loose tiles, cracked pointing, or deteriorated materials that may become visible or worsen during cleaning. Any fragile areas will be handled with care, but old or brittle roofs may still experience minor movement.
- Cleaning Methods: Our team will assess and select the safest and most suitable cleaning method for your roof type — such as steam cleaning, soft washing, or manual moss removal. We always prioritise roof integrity and safety.
- Water Ingress & Debris: While we take precautions to prevent leaks, we cannot accept liability for water ingress caused by pre-existing faults, cracked tiles, damaged flashing, or porous materials. Debris will be cleared from accessible gutters and surfaces after cleaning.
- Run-off & Downpipes: To prevent blockages, downpipes may be temporarily capped or disconnected during cleaning and will be cleared afterwards. Some staining may remain on older or porous surfaces.
- Aftercare & Regrowth: Roof cleaning improves appearance and longevity, but natural regrowth can occur over time. Biocide or algaecide treatments help reduce regrowth but cannot guarantee permanent prevention.
- Fragile Materials: We are not responsible for damage to already perished felt, brittle plastics, solar cables, or roof accessories such as aerials and vents. Please move vehicles and outdoor items away from the work area before cleaning begins.
- Access & Safety: Work areas must remain clear during cleaning. We may postpone or stop work if safe access cannot be achieved or weather conditions become unsafe.
- Weather & Scheduling: Roof cleaning is weather-dependent. We may reschedule in the event of high winds, frost, or heavy rain to ensure safety and best results.
- Water & Power: If required, the customer agrees to provide access to an external water supply and standard electrical outlet for equipment use.
- Guarantee & Liability: While we take every precaution, we do not offer guarantees against future biological regrowth or staining. Any concerns must be reported within 7 days of completion with supporting photos.
