Contacted Spotless Window cleaning and left a message to what I required doing, within minutes Darren rang me back and arranged for one of his team to call round. Within the hour Simon turned up and gave me the quotes for work to be carried out.Gave me 2 options for work to be carried out and when I asked when it can be booked in Simon said can do it now. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Spotless Window & Gutter Cleaning. From the very first enquiry, Dee was prompt, professional, and accommodating. He even came out on a Saturday to provide a quote and then returned with his team the following Monday to carry out the work – an efficiency you rarely see these days. I recently purchased a home in Granborough that had been sitting empty for some time, and it really needed attention. Dee and his team were nothing short of impeccable. They tackled the fascia boards, soffits, windows, conservatory, and porch – all of which were heavily covered in moss and grime, especially the porch. The results were incredible: everything has come up looking as good as new. What impressed me most, aside from the outstanding results, was the level of professionalism. Dee provided a courtesy call, arrived on time, and worked with great care and attention to detail. The team was polite, hardworking, and clearly took pride in their work. Dee is an honest tradesman with very fair pricing, and he’s also a genuinely nice person to deal with. I’ve already decided I’ll be using Spotless regularly for ongoing maintenance, and I can wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone looking for top-quality, reliable exterior cleaning. Spotless came out to two properties that had leaking gutters and fixed them. They were communicative throughout the process, gave good advice and did an excellent job while also saying they would come back should any problems arise. From start to finish Darren’s team were exceptional. There was a misunderstanding about price… but they wouldn’t accept the difference, though it was offered several times. They stuck to the original agreed price honourably. When they came their staff were kind, friendly and efficient. They also came back and cleaned my gutters for free because they were horrified at the state of them… my landlord’s agents hadn’t worked on them at all, though they said they had.
